Refunds & Exchanges

At Piggiepigpigs ltd we are committed to giving you the best possible products, prices and service.

Should you not be 100% happy with your purchase from Piggiepigpigs ltd we will be pleased to arrange to either refund or exchange the product at the discretion of the customer. All returns must be notified to Piggiepigpigs ltd within 14 days of delivery of the product(s). You will need to tell me why you are returning the item, quote your order number and tell me the date of purchase. I will then respond to you via email with our returns address.

You will need to return the item(s) to me unsoiled, unused and complete in all original packaging. Please include a note with your name and order number. You will be required to arrange and pay for your own return. I recommend to retain your proof of postage as if a parcel is lost or damaged, Piggiepigpigs ltd will not provide compensation. When returned items are received at Piggiepigpigs ltd, a refund will be granted for your original purchase price of your items. In cases where an order is returned, we reserve the right to retain the cost of the outward carriage. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

If an incorrect item has been sent to you by mistake, Piggiepigpgigs ltd will reimburse your return postage costs and replace/refund the item for you at no additional cost.
